Hudson Law Offices, LLC is a law firm focusing on the area of residential real estate law. The firm handles a variety of residential real estate legal matters including closings, real estate contractual issues, and land acquistions. The firm represents a number of clients including lenders, buyers, and sellers.
Edward P. Hudson is the manager and a member of Hudson Law Ofices, LLC. He is a graduate of Auburn University (B.A., 1981), the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1984), and Emory University (LL.M. in Taxation, 1985). Mr. Hudson is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Alabama State Bar. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Hudson currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. In addition, he currently serves on the Board of Directors of GRECAA (Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association). He is a past President of GRECAA. Furthermore, he is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Columbus Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Hudson is also involved in numerous community activities. He is currently serving on the Board of Trustees of Brookstone School. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the American Cancer Society.
D. Nicholas ("Nick") Stutzman is an attorney with the firm. Nick was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in Columbus, Georgia. He is a graduate of Columbus State University (B.S., 1999), and Stetson University College of Law (J.D., 2003). Nick is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Alabama State Bar. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association GRECAA and Rotary.
His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, wills, probate, contracts, small corporate entities and land disputes. He spends his free time with his family and coaching his son's youth baseball. He is proud to serve as Vice President of The Brent Schoening Strikeout Leukemia Foundation, Inc. as well as President of The Brent Schoening Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc., as Vice President of Bull Creek Babe Ruth and on the Muscogee County School District Business Education Advisory Board.
Nick is married to the former Tracey Tillman and the have one son, Chandler. They are members of First Baptist Church in Columbus.
Allison Grimm Torbert is an attorney with the firm. She is a graduate of Auburn University and Cumberland School of Law. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. |
